MEDIATION FEES

• Half Day Mediation  -  $3,000

Half day mediation includes all pre-mediation preparation and necessary telecoms, mediator preparation time including review of briefs, and up to five hours of meeting time in one session.  It also includes reasonable post mediation follow-up.  Sessions which extend beyond five hours are billed at my additional hourly rate.

• Full Day Mediation  -  $4,500

Full day mediation includes all pre-mediation preparation and necessary telecoms, mediator preparation time including review of briefs, and up to nine hours of meeting time in one session.  It also includes reasonable post mediation follow-up.  Sessions which extend beyond nine hours are billed at my additional hourly rate.

• Additional Hourly Rate  -  $400 per hour

Mediations can be conducted at Sage Mediation Services’ office or other locations acceptable to the parties.  Locations outside of central Orange County may be subject to travel time and expenses for the mediator at 50% of hourly rate.

NEUTRAL EVALUATION FEES

• Construction Neutral  -  $295 per hour plus routine reimbursable expenses

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

• All mediations are subject to written contract.
  
  
• Payment of 50% at time of booking and balance received by Sage Mediation Services no less than two weeks prior to mediation.  Cancelations more than 21 days prior to mediation receive a full refund, 7-21 days 50% refund, and there is no refund if cancelations occur less than 7 days prior to scheduled mediation.  I will seek to accommodate changes to mediation schedule if practical.
